Our Raspberry Jalapeno Jelly is made with sweet raspberries and fresh jalapenos and has a nice balance of sweetness and heat. If you don't like spice, this is the jelly for you. You still taste the peppery flavor of the jalapenos but not much of the heat - we remove all of the pepper's seeds which contain the majority of their heat.
The Raspberry Jalapeno Jelly is delicious when used as a glaze over chicken or pork, add in a little ranch dressing to the glaze for an extra kick!
